Kata is relaxing with a rawhide chewer after earning the third leg for her AKC Novice Jumpers With Weaves title (JWW) at Sportsmen's Dog Training Club's agility trial in Fenton, Michigan.
She tied with another dog who also had 100 points but because she had a better time she earned first place. She had two first places with 100 points and one second place in her title quest. Who says you can't teach an old dog (that would be me) new tricks!! Kata recently turned nine and started training for agility when she was eight.
Now it's on the the Novice Standard title and maybe the Novice Fast title, who knows?
