A white headed suitor(?) was making passes at my 23/24 pound ten year old Kria this afternoon by our pond. We have been watching him all summer but this bald eagle got too close for comfort. I don't know if she's small enough for him to actually be able to "take her out"!
Here she is earning one of her titles; she has her CGC, RN, RA, RE, CD. Thank you again to Cathi Winkles photographer for this shot.
Kria likes to be outside by herself; she's always the last one to come in when we all go out. That's got to change - just in case. She has produced many beautiful puppies and grandpuppies but I don't see any interspecies offspring in her future.
