Kit and Cola's Pups this week

 Vinlands Icelandic Sheepdog puppies from Cola (Hidow Sweetness Overload) and Kit (Vinlands Ulfbehrta Kit) born December 23, 2020. I think they've taken over, don't you? Tryggur has learned (sort of) Sit, Down, Come, Stay/Wait, Front, Release, Trade, Watch Me, Get in your Box, Hurry Up, Wanna Go Outside, Leave It. Icies are very very smart and they want, really want to experience new things and to learn new stuff.

Trygg and Kit napping in the cats' bed by one of my reading chairs. When Tryggur collapses, he really collapses. Poor boy. My motto - keep him tired, too tired to get into mischief.  Eat, bathroom, exercise, nap, bathroom, exercise, nap - pretty much sums up his day (and mine too, hahaha!)

Tryggur's ears are now both "up". Earlier this week one of them made it up, the next day both were in the correct "prick eared" position. Now he has no excuse not to hear me - I tell him.

He's starting to look more and more like his namesake: -

From Sally and Daniel: - 

Birna is doing great, as is big ‘sister’ Timber.

Here she is hanging out in Timber’s bed and relaxing, surrounded by a few of her (many) toys! Very hard to get good photos of both of them playing. 

Birna is super smart-a very quick learner. Makes it a pleasure to work with her. She is also very, very sweet-aims to please-and totally in love with Timber, who is most definitely in charge!

We are very mindful of keeping Timber on her usual routine and giving her ‘space’ without puppy. All in all, we are thrilled with both Timber and Birna.

Kria is more like a toddler every day, zooming, nap time and when she quiet you need to check what she’s up to!! She loves playing with her Sammy sister!

Spring comes late here but it does come. By my east porch, this is one of my witchhazels in flower.
