Yesterday was spring-like here so the Icelandic Sheepdog pack and I spent the entire afternoon outside enjoying the weather and doing a few chores - i.e. poop patrol and garden chores. Tryggur is making progress and knows several commands; however, her is not reliably housebroken yet. My Vet Dr. Sanford notified me that is was time for the second vaccines - DHLPP-CAT.
Ten weeks was yesterday. Here are some photos of "the girls": -

Bear (Bersi av Isheim) and Trygg are rarely apart. Uncle Bear has a new bestie, nephew Tryggur. At first Bear was not sure what to do, how to behave around this fur bundle but now it's hard to find them separated. Tryggur is watching and learning. Notice his ears? The three sibling has three different fur lengths: short (Birna), medium (Kria), and long (Trygg). Birna's wars have been upright for weeks. Kria's ears obviously come up since she got to her new home to Pennsylvania. Tryggur's ears have not gone up yet - but they will. Kit has been an extraordinary mother. When Trygg is not with Bear, he is playing with his mom. (Bear and Trygg do not play. They do male stuff - hahahaha! Like sleeping? Seriously, Bear turns 16 this year so he likes the idea of petites siestas - you got your French/Spanish link there.)

Coast Guard Tug
The big ships haven't returned yet but I saw this tug speeding along on the horizon recently. Some mornings the icebergs are obvious, plentiful. Not this morning.
