Blustery Night

cross the street from Mary's there's a sandwich shop where there are still some summer flowers hanging on in spite of it being November first.

Each time I turn down the lane leading to Sans Souci and San Salvatore, I am surprised by the view; it seems to change all the time. The dark clouds are hanging over Canada.

Looking west from the house I saw dark skies dumping sleet and hail. Behind me it was sunny. I love the gold leaves from the quaking and big tooth aspens on the ground quietly waiting to mulch next year's garden. I'm not sure but I think the white pine is leaning more than it used to because of the really strong wind. Nature!
