Flint Institute of Arts - Thursday, July 6, 2017

The Flint Institute of Arts has an extraordinary temporary exhibit showcasing some of Rodin's works.

The institute is easy to find, impressive, and the staff is very friendly. In addition to the Rodin retrospective, the museum also has a wide variety of artists, including many Americans, representing a wide range of disciplines, styles, and eras. I like museums that are small enough to explore but yet large enough to have a diverse collection. I love the American and Michigan artists showcased there! There's also a very nice cafe to have a light lunch, beverage, desert, etc. Clicking on photos will enlarge them.
