Labor Day 2016

Tracy and Jon came up for Labor Day and, as usual, we had a great time and good food. Clicking on photos enlarges them.

I doubt it's called amplexus in daddy long legs
regardless, here they are on a Dahlia.

A grasshopper shedding its exoskeleton.

Lovely Totty this weekend and as a puppy.

Some self-sown, volunteer pink Cosmos and a species Clematis in September; not sure if it's paniculata, ternifolia or ? C. virginiana flowers much earlier and I have many of it; it's easy to grow and roots freely.

Sunset on the lake.
